1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SkillNav mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SkillNav is a platform that connects job seekers with employers for local, short-term job opportunities. The App allows users to:

• Create and manage user profiles
• Post job opportunities
• Browse and apply for jobs
• Communicate with other users
• Rate and review completed jobs

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the App for illegal activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Use automated systems to access the App

5. Job Postings and Applications

Job posters are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. SkillNav does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of jobs posted. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

6. Payments

SkillNav does not process payments between users. All payment arrangements are made directly between job seekers and employers. We are not responsible for payment disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by SkillNav s.r.o. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SkillNav is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including disputes between users or issues with job arrangements.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
